We have replaced the scan axis motor, the HP Split Roller Motor, the HP Web Wipe motor, the trailing cable, the encoder strip, carriage PCA and 10 Hours of Labor in the last 2 months. Also, we replaced the maintenance
cartridge 3 days ago. When we originally had this issue almost 2 months ago the error code was 86:01 and now it is 21:13.
Easiest way is to take the cover off and look at what's going wrong before it happens. Or take a video.
You just want to know if the issue is with carriage position (likely I guess) or service station.
