Hi, I work for a sign company in Korea and I use HP Latex 800W. This machine broke down 2 months ago. I asked an authorized HP dealer to repair it, but they said they can't repair it and they don't know what the problem is even though I replaced all the parts listed in the warning message. I'm frustrated and asking because it takes more time to contact HP headquarters for technical support.

I got the above warning message and the authorized HP dealer replaced one of the two main boards(?) installed in the back of the computer, but it didn't work, so I borrowed another board from another company and tested it, replaced the power board, borrowed a cable and tested it, but it didn't work, so I'm going to contact HP headquarters. It'll take more time. Talk once Let's see.

If the repair time is as long as it is now, it seems like it won't be fixed even after 4 months, so I'm looking for information on other methods on the Internet, but I'm limited, so I'm asking.
Has anyone experienced the same problem as us when the above warning appears? Or does anyone know what to check and how to fix it?
(I wrote this in Google translation, so there may be strange parts.)
