HP Latex Profile for Printing on laminate

DisplayWorks S&G

New Member
Hello! Back at the first shop I worked at, we used to print on lam which worked quite well for certain applications. I have some Avery 2060 that I would like to try this with and was wondering if anyone had a suggested profile I could download to do this.

Thanks!

I've never understood printing on laminate vs clear vinyl, only success I've had was 3m 8518, Arlon 3270 is one I tried and had no luck.
But, for clear vinyl with edges in trim, arlon 4500G Clear is great stuff, for channel letter faces or plotted graphics, Arlon 6000RP Clear.

Not ideal I realize but I am a small shop just starting out on a budget so I was hoping to avoid having to stock the clear as I doubt I would use it very often.

Ok, fair enough, though last time I saw this asked almost everybody had been using the 3m to do it, but basically nobody recommended a clear product meant for printing, just which laminates to avoid because they'd buckle/weren't coated/what have you.
4500G Clear (gotta spec clear, also comes in trans white) is about the same price as 3m ij35c, just fyi.

I have printed on Arlon 3220 a few times, mostly for subsurface signs with Latex 315, I just use the HP cast vinyl profile and it worked fine.
