Hp Latex R2000 Plus Drive Roller Encoder assy Location

I am getting a ton of horizontal banding on the R2000 Plus Nozzle check looks perfect Replaced Impelling encoder strip (no change) but looking for the location or service procedure to check or replace K0Q45-67066 Drive Roller Encoder assy
Any Help would be great.Thanks

Before you do that I would advice you to clean the OMAS and the belt and then run 50012 Check OMAS navigability.
I really doubt your issue is the encoder. Additional troubleshooting would be advised before just throwing parts at it.

I think you can run the 41010 Drive Roller Analog Encoder Calibration, even with the old encoder if you think it's bad. It should let you know if it fails.
