HP Latex smoking (?) need help

I think you are just putting down a ton of ink load with the unintended "profile" you were using.

95% of what i print i just use the HP matte can profile, most of the artwork is all reprints of same art.

this was a freak thing, has only happened one other time. i just turned on the old eco solvent ceiling exhaust system and it was cleared out in seconds.

Have you tried Chantix? Watch out for the side effects though.
