HP Printing tiles wrong orientation HELP!!!

My HP has gone whacko, It is printing tiles the horizontal that should be vertical. I can't seem to fix it at all.

The Rip I am running is Flexi basic

I have restarted everything, reset the rip and run all diagnostics. I upload the file to the rip, orient it and set the dims.
