The 560 has that OMAS that automatically calibrates material feed. So it should be pretty accurate. But that's odd. You'd typically except it to expand during mounting. How are you doing the installation?

Apparently in Arkansas the ACM shrinks and in MO the vinyl does Should of mentioned always laminated. Manual install - hinge middle and remove liner. Done it a million times. We just build in bleed now and not a big problem but one of the mysteries of sign life. No particular material but mostly 35c or Briteline Duration with various calendared lams like Oracal 210 or GF 240.
