HP SCITEX FB550 file changed size between RIP & printer

My file size is 45.25 x 90.25 in my RIP (postershop) but when it shows up on the printer its size is 52.64 x 90.25. Has anyone had this problem? I dont think it streches the graphic, it doesnt seem to change. I thought it might be something in the file, but its happening with every file.
