Hp500

We are having print head strike issues on the HP500, only when it comes to printing on customers material. Is everyone just avoiding those jobs or do you just raise the head height? If so, whats the easiest way to avoid this? I'm afraid if I raise it too high, the image will become "blurry."

Basically anyone know the highest you can raise the head from the material where it wont lose it's crispness?

Much appreciated!

On my Dilli, I can push 10mm clearance if I slow the heads right down. I am unsure how the scitex operates in that manner though sorry.
