We have been trying to print on HPs vivid color backlit film. Have the correct profiles loaded and have been trying two different machines on High Quality mode. During prints of solid color, we'll get 5-6" of perfect color then a couple of inches of fuzzy print then it returns to solid color again. I've cleaned the encoder strip, oiled the rails, restarted, tried a different machine. Just about everything I can think of. Can anyone offer up any suggestions?
