HP9000s and Flexisign-Pro problems

Hello. 2 days ago our rip computer die.... We erase another pc and install our flexisign-pro 8.0v2. On production Manager we add the setup for the 9000s but every time we try to do a test print we get the following error "Cannot connect to the printer" We was searching on the forum but we don't find any solution. I think we need a Type of driver in order to make this work. Any help please....

What Operating system? If it's windows, you need a driver. I haven't come across a x64 driver yet.

Is it connected USB? If so, I believe that you may need the HP USB driver.

As far as x64, there is a Vista x64 Echo driver out there ([FONT=&amp]ftp://ftp.onyxgfx.com/TechSupport/HP Echo USB Driver/) [/FONT]and it works with Windows 7 64 Bit too. I have used it for both Flexi and Onyx.
