I was in a huge bind on the friday before christmas, Signage Specialist stayed open later then they were going to so I could drive down there and get a new printhead for my roland after another local company GRIMCO screwed me with their 20/20 ink that was drying my printheads. CAUTION FOR EVERYONE ELSE DO NOT BUY 20/20 ink or anything from GRIMCO, they have time and time again sold me inferior products that have had to come back with issues, only to blame most of the issue on me!!

thank you so much sign specialist of Denver, Co I REALLY APPRECIATED IT! They gave me advice on how to put in the new printhead and everything AND they were $400 cheaper on the printhead then any of the other local companies. Their prices are fair and will continue to go back to them!:U Rock:

Our Mutoh 1304 is down and Robert & Jordan went out of their way to help us - they even offered free trouble shooting for our printer... Darned best folks in the printer/repair/parts business in the world...

I will beat the dead horse again.
Everyone claims our inks are "just like OEM". If that is so why don't they provide an equipment warranty? There isn't a one of them that has the stones to do it because they know they are selling an inferior product.
