Huey & Coreldraw

I realize color management is a complex subject but I have a basic question - if I use a Pantone Huey to calibrate my monitor, should I turn on or off color management in CorelDraw (X3)?

Turn color management on and set you monitor to the Huey profile made.

Yes, but the Huey profile is loaded automatically on boot-up so I'm wondering if I should be turning off the color management in CorelDraw?
