We have 30% humidity in our room that has the fuji acuity !! We are facing an issue where Cyan is not gettting printed to our exact requirement.

How can humidity be increased ? We cannot leave the door open because of dust particles getting in. Any solution ?

What is the specified percentage of humidity level inside the room ?

What exactly is the problem? Why do you think it's caused by humidity?

Cyan's density is too low. We also have an offset printer here where he faced the same problem because of humidity. Humidifier is too expensive in India. Any other solution ?

More questions.

Which model of the printer you have? Which inkset do you use? KI, KO, KA? Do you have white ink? What are the temperatures in cyan printheads (it may be checked from the SDS menu, so probably you need a technician)?
And generally - what does 'Cyan is not gettting printed to our exact requirement' mean? What are your requirements about the cyan?

If your humidity is low and you won't buy a humidifier - then you are pretty much done.
There is no magic way to increase the humidity in a room without the addition of H2O to the air.
30% is way too low for UV printing. We stay around 55% year round with a small direct plumbed humidification system with reverse osmosis filtration attached.
