i have a question about an envision plotter for you-

i have 2 envision plotters one i can send a job to and it cuts no problem no delays, etc... the other i send the same job to and it will cut 6 pieces out (i send 125 at a time) and then stop feed about a foot of vinyl forward, pull it back and continue cutting??? have you had this problem at all?

Check the owners manual for the cutter. There is a setting within the cutter to do with the pull down distance.

I Adjusted the pulldown, but this is in the middle of cutting. I will print 125 one color decals then send the over to cut and the machine will cut 6 and feed about a foot of material suck it back and continue cutting...

What did you adjust it to? Try it at zero pulldown.

it will only let me go to 4in as the lowest pulldown.

Gerber tech are great!!! My problem was old firmware wasnt letting the pulldown go to zero whodathunkit!
