I have the code to get in my service mode

I have code to get in my service mode but every time I do the code
it come back service mode protected. Those anybody know why?
My dealer is the one that gave me the service mode.Now is telling me
he has to send a tech

It would be helpful if we knew what printer brand/model and the code your trying. If you search, most service codes are on this site (maybe in the premium section though).

It just obviously sounds like your using the wrong code....

Rolland SP300 Versa Camm with the software Colorip 2.2.
I have put in the factory code with the arrow that my dealer supplied
but every time I do it it says service mode protected.
