I need a 4.x version of VersaWorks please

I have been going back and forth with Roland Tech for 6 weeks now on a problem where 5.2 (upgraded to 5.3) that came with my new RF printer is changing the
cmyk values on some DP and DK and sometimes ST spot colors. They are now satisfied that it is not the printer but they cannot understand that
it is the program itself- I can see radical changes in the file format>spot color>detail between the library cmyk value and the output to printer
values on random colors. I loaded 5.2 on a different computer and have the same problem. I think my last version with the VP540 that I replaced
was version 4.something- and I never had a problem. If someone would upload a pre- 5.x version I can supply my file upload. Thanks Gene

i'd imagine it's the default profiles, or maybe you changed something in the que settings on the old version that you didn't on the new install? maybe defualted off U.S. Pre-press to something else, or didn't check off the "convert spot colours" button? you are also going from max to max 2 inks, and to a different head style.

As I said I have been going back and forth with Roland for 5-6 weeks- we have eliminated a *lot* of stuff. The printer prints beautifully and if I correct the
values in the spot color detail... it prints as expected. This is a rare printer apparently- altho I believe it is the same as a 2xcmyk VS. Thanks anyway. Gene
