I need an ID on this font, Please

I cannot get this one. I have been doing pretty good with IDing fonts myself with the help of the computer of course.

Some times I find myself watching TV and recognizing fonts and remembering the font name.

Back to the issue I like this font but cannot find it or even identify it.

Thanks for the ID. I looked at the ROB fonts and the one i saw that was close was passion coflict
