Hello everyone,
I have problem with ColorSpan 9840UV this machine was out of order for a few years because the operator had connectivity issues. So they replaced this machine with a new one but now they want to start the machine again, Someone remove the hard drive for the machine (we don't know who did it) .I found the firmware but i don't know the procedure how to install the firmware on the machine.
