I need help with roland gx 24 and ve lxi connection

my ve lxi has been hooked up for a couple years and working fine but something went wrong with the setup and now will not work when it asks me for roland setup to use it does not offer gx 24 only other plotters i really need this fixed any clues? thanks cj

what did you change? OS? MAYBE...............download roland driver to cut direct from COREL..........
