I have a job to make a sign for the sides of an enclosed trailer for a construction company. I need 2. 4x8 panels and a 3x4 for the rear. The trailer is in rough shape and owner wants to be able to remove them and put them on a new trailer in the next 2 years.. I just made some signs like this for the sides of a dump truck bed out of .080 aluminum blanks. This one is going to be on a thin walled trailer though and I am wondering if there is a better option for material choice, or just maybe step down to .060 aluminum. What about composite panels ? You guys are a huge help.

Thank you.

Well, the next step down is actually .063, but why don't you entertain the idea of dibond or something of that nature ??
