I need some help with wording

I have a customer who owns a car wash. Its a DIY wash but they are adding a hands free automatic drive threw. He'd like a banner on the building while its under construction. They will not be closed during the construction. He would like the banner to note in a short clever way that they are expanding but still open.
I'm stumped so i was hoping for some help.
