I need to make 30 of these! What are they?

I have a customer who wants 30 signs like this. The dimensions are 3" x 6" x 1/32". I believe the substrate is stainless steel. It has a 2 color imprint of some sort. Almost looks like paint filled into an engraved area but I am not sure. Can anyone help me identify this type of sign and where I can order 30 of them. Thank you!

It's definitely not screen printed. Look at the close up picture. For sure they are etched.

It's 'etched' (chemically, blasted, etc. depending on manufacturer) and paint-filled. That's not screen printed.
