i don't have much in the way of filters... so i have a tendency to just say what i'm thinking (not always a good thing), and quite often my initial reaction to things is either humor or sarcasm.

my husband tells me if i'm responding to an email in a way i know isn't professional, i should write just to get it off my chest, but not send it.
but he's not here to save me from myself.... hehe... so tap, tap, tap and off they go!

another one Today... long time client... lots of work, always has paid as per our terms..finish up...pay up!! after 3 weeks we finally received a check for 1/2... explaining to us they haven't gotten payed from the client....soooo .......if you dont get paid i don't.... i have contracts and all, and i'm not worried about not getting payed.. i will .....its just the mentality to think like that... maybe its just me??

I had a customer that was ditching me ... paid the deposit but never came back for the stuff ... i would leave phone messages and emails but no response, (not many over the course of 2 months ... just about 5.) ... finally I just said in the last one, "this is going to have to be my last attempt, at 90 days I have to sell the debt." called me up 2 minutes later.
