Nuthin' unusual. Looks like it's on the side of a boat. Probably one of the toughest environments for vinyl there is.

blue was a reflective blue not sure the series. We found extra gold decals at the transportation center is how we know what the gold is

in my experience, all gold / metallic vinyls have a very short life. Cast, calendared, whatever, it will all start to burn within two years. Better material might not crack like that, but its still going to discolor.
