recently bought a Mutoh VJ-1324 xs (sign warehouse). looking for a general color setting for everyday production.
the colors are weak with setting signwarehouse suggests. tried a few others with no avail.......
any input would be grateful....

"Setting"? That's not usually how I think of profiles. What RIP are you using? What profile are you using? What material are you printing on? Who set up the machine and trained you on it and the RIP? Did they run a print after they were finished to show it was all working correctly together? What do you mean by weak colors?
