Sorry for the awful pic (taken thru a dirty windshield while driving)
and I won't touch those hideous flames with a ten-foot pole.
(but I know who painted them and it wasn't me!)
Just thought this looked like a cool font.
Any ideas?

Looks like plain ol' eurostyle to me, with each letter rotated and moved manually.
