Sistina...no. Michelangelo, very close. the Q is different (no swirly tail)....I know I didn't show the rest of the name, but the Q has a short right side tail. May be modified.

It's Michelangelo BQ Alt....without the swashes.

Try the Palatino Nova family especially the tilting versions. http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/linotype/palatino-nova/ They aren't bold enough but the base is right for the letters shown.
