Ideas on how to reface this?

I have a client who has a large hanging sign inside their store that they would like to put some full colour graphics on, the sign is 35' across and 4' tall

I've attached a picture of the sign, I havn't seen it yet, but am going on site next week to take a closer look. I was wondering if anyone is familiar with this type of sign and what the best way to go about refacing would be? My first thought was a banner with pole pockets top & bottom, and slide it along the tubes, thoughts on that idea?

Thanks!

It looks like the bracing would get in the way of a pole pocket.
I would say leave the material up there and print to some of that "poly stretchy" material....
I'm not sure what it's called, we had a roll of it at one time but never used it.

Leave extra top and bottom to pull around and attach to the back of the frame.....

Or you grommet it every few feet and lace it together on the back...

Looks like a seasonal display, so perhaps a simple print onto a lightweight fabric and Velcroed top and bottom and a few strategic places in the middle if it shifts around a bit. Just make sure, where it starts and ends..... nothing critical needs to match up.

Thanks everyone!

Andy, can you elaborate on this "poly strechy" material? do you know what is was?

If i went with velcro, do you think I would need to velcro the entire length? that is a ton of velcro!

I wish I could, it was a printable poly knit type material that was somewhat elastic.
It was probably a sample roll, Sales reps are always sending us sample rolls.
I don't think I ever printed to it.

Hell, if it's just temp then get a styrene type material on a roll and then
just tab velcro it top and bottom every few feet.

Is that fabric? If thats the case I would go with dye/sub as stated before.... wrapping a substrate around that frame is a pita
