It appears that only the first letter will remain capitalized when used on the first line only. After that... you can do whatever you wish. Seems as you get more than just a few words going it works for just about anything.... anywhere.

It's possible that the forum software's Shout Manager, which is supposed to prevent posts in all caps, and which has been turned on since 2003, might finally be partially working. Then again, maybe not.
