Need Help Identifying Font like Eurostile

I need to vectorize this logo and am stumped on the font (for PROJECT + MOTORS). It looks extremely close to Eurostile just skewed, but the C and the O are slightly different. I feel like I have seen it somewhere else before. Hoping somebody can identify it. Thanks in advance!

The only thing that doesn't look like Eurostile Bold Extended is the C, whose terminals are angled outward.

I think it is Eurostile and the chrome effects with the beveled outline is making appear to curve out in the middle and shrink on the top and bottom. Look at the bottom of the T.
