How do you put the arrows (page scrollers) to both be at the bottom, not one at the top of the artboard and one at the bottom.

On a mac? If your settings are that way and it's only weird in AI then chances are you can't.....
But... you know you can hold space bar and click and drag to move around right? I've not used clicky arrows in so long.

On a Mac, in CS5 I was able to have it that way.
