Illustrator line not cutting HELP

Hello Everyone.

I am doing my cutting on my GX-24 through Illustrator. I have a image I am cutting and the outer most line stops cutting half way around the image. When viewed in the outline preview, the line shows complete around the image. I have checked vector points to see if I have a break in the line and have none. Again, the image prints fine (on a regular printer) and views as complete on the screen, But does not properly cut on my cutter. Is there something obvious I am missing?

Try to copy the cut line and paste it into a new document ahnd give it a try. If it works. Repaste it in the original.
You might change the line from a stroke to a fill and run the merge filter on it and than switch it back and try to cut again.

I've had this happen before but it's been many years and I'm just fishing.
