Illustrator to Signlab file fix help request

Hi!
I have an illustrator logo file that I would like to be recreated in signlab. I can't seem to get the background exactly right and was wondering if there was a signlab guru out there that would be willing to help?

Can’t you just save it as pdf in Illustrator then import it in Signlab? That’s always worked for me.
