An old old version, but the country I'm in won't let me use Adobe cloud so i'm stuck using CS

I could swear that ver. 11 is actually CS. That was the 1st version of the rebrand.

I thought ai 11 is older than any CS so you're asking to save up not down?

Have you tried Digital River which is an Adobe reseller for a lot of countries.
