Hoping someone here has had this issue and it's just a setting that I have missed and not a bug in the software.
The issue I'm having is the first 9mm (3/8") of the image is being distorted on my RJ6100 falcon indoor printer. Firstly I thought it was the rip software (production manager 8) or the design software (flexisign 8.1) but now I also get the error when printing in-built images like the colour palette in the machine. Sometimes it prints fine but other times it fails and I have not yet identified the trigger.
I have a work around using a 9mm white spacer image before the mainimage in the software so when it repeats, it repeats white but would like to resolve this issue.
This image should be 4 diagonal lines to show the issue.
As you can see hatched boxes have appeared as it repeats the image.
