Importing Multi-page PDFs

Has anyone figured out how to import multiple pages of a PDF into Flexi without having to simply import page by page, changing the number every time? such a PITA! If it's over 10 pages, I typically open the file in Photoshop, have it open all pages automatically then run an action I made that saves them all out as JPGs, which you can typically import multiples at once.

May not be what you want, but I have a process in certain situations where I run a script in PS that will auto save press ready raster images from PDFs. Yes, there are some windows to navigate to make sure some settings are correct, but, when done correctly, you can have a script save and close and move on to the next "page" automating a lot of the clicking.

Open it in CorelDraw. It will make it a bunch of layers. Then save that and try bringing it into Flexi.

I don't use Flexi but I did this for a project a month or so back and it worked for my purpose.

That's what I do basically (see above).

You still have to import each page one at a time.....

There is no simple solution that I've found that is not any less work than to just keep importing the file over and over for each page number. Could you open each page in Illustrator (doing the exact same thing) and then put all pages on one big artboard, or open it in some other program where PDF is NOT a native file type (Flexi uses APPE, the actual Adobe PDF Print Engine so its no wonder it mostly works great with PDF's nowadays that were made in an Adobe application), or doing the same in Photoshop, etc. Any are just about as tedious as importing each page one at a time.

Sounds like an excellent feature request for SAi...... on opening a multipage PDF give the user a choice to import all pages into the same window or into separate windows or to just open some single page as it does now.
