In a jam. Grey printing purple

Just got a new computer and re installed flexi. Everything is up and working except my greys are purple. Double checked all my settings, must be over looking something here. Just not making sense. Need to get this order out today. In a jam please help. Thanks, Jason.

What printer? I've had that happen on our HP 25500. Heads were past warranty..Replaced 'em and all was well again.

Mutoh VJ1614. Flexi cloud. When i turn my color correction off I get no purple, but I can not select output profile.

if your in a jam you can always print a PMS chart and grab the color that looks closest. Unless its grey in a bitmap that you are having issues with.

Called flexi support and got some great help. My color was set at 45%K C,M,and Y were at 0. For some strange reason it was adding a mix of color into my black. Went into rip and print, selected color settings,rendering intent, pure hue on ventor,selected black on the list. problem solved
