Service manual for VS-540

Hello Friends. I am badly stuck, my technician travelled urgently and left me stranded. I wanted service manual for VS-540 but i guess the functions should be the same for VS640.

Kindly assist Service manual. As we have changed the Print head and we have not yet turned it on. We want to know what are the guide lines and steps when the print head is installed as i know we need to punch in the new sn which is in the head but how to reset. If i can get the manual will know the steps.
