Incad 1000i

Would the incad 1000i work for wraping and what the better ink to use pigment or non for this

The encad is an aqueous ink printer and is not suitable for wraps.

Thank for the replys I pick up the printer for 1000 thinking I was a good deal. I was told that kodak quntum pigment ink was great for out door and with laminite it would last a few yrs. Has anybody used this printer for wraps or did I waste my money I did find a falcon 2 for 3000 but it's third party and they know nothing about it

For vehicle wraps you will need to go solvent or eco-solvent- Mutoh, Mimaki or Roland would be your best bet. But don't get a Falcon II. Instead look for a more recent model ValueJet which uses the wave screen technology giving you better print quality. Sounds like you have the laminator already but if you don't, you better pick up one of those too.
