Make sure the contour cut line is a hairline, that' it's not broken and that it's not converted to an object . . .

Where is this setting found/made?
It's somewhere in the queue settings. I find it's easier, for me anyway, to just add an additional contour of about .050" to the cut contour. It's just like a bleed but with a clear fill and hairline outline. That insures that the object you import into Versaworks is bigger than the cut line, which solves the incomplete cut problem.

Wouldn't that trick also work with no hairline/outline at all?
Probably. I've thought about it but never actually tried it. *LOL* I figure the ink I waste on the hairline costs less than the vinyl I'd waste if it didn't work, plus since I can actually see the hairline before I export the eps for Versaworks I know I've actually created it, not just thought I did...the mind isn't as sharp as it used to be! ;-) If you try it let me know.
