Inconsistent banding on HP Latex 560

Hey all, hoping someone has a solution for this, so far no internet advice has fixed it. We've had no issues for a while. It doesn't seem to be happening on anything else but this material, or maybe it's the dark color?

So far I've changed the profile, adjusted the delay and vacuum, printed a different file format, printed a line of CMYK next to it on the side that it's doing it on, and nothing.

Worn out printhead. How much usage on the heads?
You should be able to see the issue on a spit bar on the side but you must watch it during printing.

Had 3 printheads with over 5,000mL ink fired, so I'm switching them out now. BRB

Have you cleaned the encoder strip?
