I assume that this is a geber issue.
The info that appears at the bottom of the screen, like the size of a selected object, has disappeared.
Now I have to select and object and got to Shape/Absolute Size or use the shortcut keys to see how big something is.
I have gone thru all the setting and can't find a way to get it back.
    Anyone know where it is?

    Yep, that's checked.
Is it psossible that it's a monitor or windows setting that's messing me up?

Is the status bar showing for any window? If so then I do not think it would be a windows setting!

Depending on how your window is maximized, it may be hidden by the task bar in the bottom. Try hitting the restore down/maximize button on the top right of the window (the middle button right next to the red x).

Haha, no worries man. The only reason I know this is it happened to myself last week. Spent awhile browsing the options window to try and rectify the problem until I figured it out!

and who says real life problems don't come & go as fast as on TV... this place is fun... a little excitement & suspense & challenge packed into so many little threads & in a matter of seconds we follow along, worried for our friends trials, hopeful for our other friends suggestions, challenging ourselves to arrive at another solution, captivated & concerned when the first good idea fails... and relieved when the world is right again... and we may even have learned a lesson in the process... well, 5:30 here, coffee is on & I'm off to the next thread! Thanks for the entertainment!
