Information Flapper Things, please help

We are doing a bunch of new signage for our local zoo and they have a board with information flappers (see picture). Does anyone have ANY clue as to where you can buy these dudes? I can't even figure out what to call them to google...

The customer wants them to be almost identical --- the plastic is nearly 1/2" thick and the hinge is built into it.
