HELLO , i have problem pls when i was doing update utilidy for my Ultimat i losed electricity and the ultima cutter sgut off when it was updating , so when i restarted the ultimat it say in the screen initializing pls wait but the cutter dont move :( and it giving the bip after 2 minut but nothing !!! what i must do pls heeeeeeeelp

How and why were you updating the ultima?
We have one but I didn't know their was a firmware update.
