Ink Calculations with ONYX

With onyx gamma and the epson s40600 is the ink calculation bang on? I just did 108 10x2 inch full print decals with 80% saturation and it says its only using 1ml - is that correct or is there something I need to change before I get accurate readings?

What did you find about actual ink usage on a heavy print per sq'? I was trying to get Onyx ink calculations to work on my Epson 40600 with Gamaprint and it turns out Epson and Onyx both told me it won't work with any of the precision dot profiles. If you make your own profiles they said it should work, but you can't do that in gammaprint anyway.
