Sometimes the roland ink indicators flash with no ink on all four when I first turn it on. I have a 540v. I turned it off and then it registered. Now the blue ink cartridge is not registering. I tried several times, then I slowly put it in and sort of wiggled it back and forth side to side and the roland beeped and started to function. What is going on with the sensor's. It is 5 years old. It functions great. I was having a problem with the banding. But I now I convert to RGB and I get a solid blend. It is only on blends from one color to the next.
