We have been using sc30610 OEM cartridges and ink in a an SC30600 machine. Basically same machine same ink same cartridge only different chip. Also, 80$ per cartridge. Webought arc chips and just repluged those on the new cartridge.
We used them without issues for 2 years, and all of the sudden i get a ink cartridge not recognized error on the black. I replug it and now it says ink not genuine. It pends for my ok to continue, it continues and 2 minutes later i get ink not recognized again. Also, i can't see the aproximate consumption now. It is just blank. Before, it worked ok.
Has anyone using 3rd party cartridges had such thing ?
