Ink Carts 50% full but need to be replaced. HELP!

Rob I was directing my question to FrankW, he seems to think the weights you are giving include the cart. If what he is saying is correct then the software that calculates the amount going through the head is incorrect on your machine.

The weights I gave did include the cart. 13.3 oz full and 9.3oz when they are showing empty on my printer. Keep in mind the 220ml of fluid is 7.4oz. I did not weight the bag itself as I was not going to take it out of the cart but I did open one of the carts to verify I was not losing my mind thinking they still had ink. LOL
