I put mine in a water ballon and throw it on the drug dealer's (down the street) new Hummer early in the morning. They like to sleep in.

Bad publicity perhaps, but eco-sol is not listed as a hazardous waste. Just keep a copy of the specs to show.

How are you pressurizing the ink to expand the balloon without making a mess? I would think the ink would "take" better to interior parts rather that the paint. Of course a ragtop would work nicely, but an open convertible would probably be best.
